Airplus Silikomart microperforated shortbread dough bands

Microperforated bands for shortbread and yeast dough made of fiberglass and silicone. Set of 5 bands, diameters from 14 to 20 cm.

The Airplus Strips take advantage of the technology and nonstick properties of woven fiberglass, which makes the bands perfectly nonstick. The material used also makes them usable for both cooking and chilling. They are flexible, adaptable, cuttable; in short, they leave room for the imagination of those who use them. When combined with the nonstick mats and our baking pans, both of which are microperforated, they make it possible to exploit the convectional effects of the oven to their fullest, obtaining fantastic baking of products such as shortcrust pastry and leavened goods.

This is because imicroholes allow even heat diffusion for perfect baking,and quick baking without the need to grease them. The bands are easily washed and reusable.

Temperature range -40/+230°C.
