Aluminium baking trays 30x40 cm, available with edge heights ranging from 2 to 4cm. Ideal dimensions also for home ovens.
Aluminium guarantees excellent heat transmission and lightness. This material heats up very quickly and therefore transmits heat to the product quickly and evenly. In addition, the low weight makes it very easy to handle and the construction can include the use of thicker sheets than those made of other materials such as LS or steel.
These trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for cooking foodstuffs.
Other important features are the 90° folded edges and the manual welds on the corners which give greater resistance to both heat deformation and weight.
As they are made of aluminium, they do not need to be burnt and do not fear contact with water. In fact, they can be washed in the washing machine even if hot water can create blueish haloes on the baking tray, which, although they do not affect the performance of the tray in the slightest, can be unpleasant from an aesthetic point of view.
These materials are intended for contact with foodstuffs and must be cleaned after each use and stored in a hygienically appropriate place.
