Aluminium cream siphon

Aluminum siphon, available in two sizes, 0.5 and 1 liter. To be usedunically forcoldpreparations such as whipped cream, foams,desserts and sauces.

The tumbler and the cap are made of aluminum, a metal ideal on the one hand to withstand the pressures generated inside the siphon, up to a maximum of 30 bar, and on the other hand very practical thanks to its lightness and ease of cleaning. The cartridge holder è also made of knurled aluminum to facilitate grip when forcibly inserting and tightening the nitrous oxide cartridge.

Steel release lever with harmonious movement and very comfortable to use. Included in the package are three food-grade plastic decorating nozzles complete with aluminum adapter and a handy cleaning brush.
