Aluminium is a material that transmits heat very well and quickly, ideal for uniform baking without surprises. These moulds in particular, thanks to their 15/10 thickness, do not deform due to the heat and allow the product to rise very well during baking. To test the sturdiness of the mould, simply exert a firm pressure on the mouth and see how much it deforms, our moulds withstand the pressure perfectly and do not deform
A mold of lower thickness or material with different characteristics tends to lose its rigidity very quickly, after a few firings, our molds can be used even in an intensive manner without showing any sign of structural failure.
