Automatic whipped cream machines, three models available, Lucky Moon with hourly output of 105 liters, Lucky Panna that produces 150 liters per hour and Lucky Sun that goes up to 240 liters per hour.

Constructed in a small size (220 x 520x 460), these montontapannas are characterized by great simplicity of cleaning combined with high performance for any type of natural or vegetable cream, fresh or long shelf life.

In a stainless steel, refrigerated and thermostated tank, under the visual control of a thermometer, fresh cream is kept in storage at the ideal temperature.
Only when required, by pushing the button provided, does a pump suck in air and cream, push them into a steel labyrinth (tessurizer) where the mixture acquires, along the way, an increase in volume of up to more than 200% and dispenses it through a spigot with a jagged, cooled spout to the outlet. A check valve prevents the whipped cream from returning to the tank.

Easily disassembled and easy-to-clean pumps allow hygienic sanitary control of all parts in contact with the cream. A simple regulator allows the variation of volume'increase.

The special shape of the softer allows a better appearance of the cream, dry and well whipped.
