Perforated corrugated aluminium tray for baguettes 30x40cm, divided into 3 channels 40cm long and 8cm wide. Ideal dimensions also for home ovens.

Aluminium guarantees excellent heat transmission and lightness. This material heats up very quickly and consequently transmits heat to the product quickly and evenly. In addition, the low weight of aluminium combined with the micro-perforations make them incredibly light and easy to handle compared to similar models in LS or steel.

Microperforation is ideal for air baking, as the convective cycle created inside the oven can pass through the holes and directly affect the product even in the part in contact with the pan, guaranteeing better baking even inside.

The "U"-shaped channels allow to maintain the typical shape of the baguette during baking and the sleeper structure increases stiffness and resistance to heat and weight.

These pans are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products.

Because they are made of aluminium, they do not need to be scalded and do not fear contact with water. So they can be washed in the dishwasher even if hot water can create blueish haloes on the baking sheet, which although they do not affect the performance of the sheet, can be unpleasant from an aesthetic point of view

These materials are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and must be cleaned after each use and stored in a hygienically appropriate place.
