Aluminated sheet tray 60x40x2(h.) cm tray. Ideal dimensions for professional ovens.

Aluminated sheet metal (LS) guarantees excellent heat transmission and great strength. It is in fact an inferro base enamelled with aluminia, this union means that the pan heats up less quickly than the aluminium counterparts, but is able to incorporate more heat and keep it for longer. Moreover, thanks to the reduced thickness of 8/10, it enjoys excellent thermal transmission.

In spite of its reduced thickness compared to aluminium, this product is just as resistant to thermal and structural deformation, if not more robust in ovens that are not perfectly balanced. This pan is moulded and not welded, in order to obtain its typical rounded shape on the sides and corners and the upper reinforcing edging.

The 60x40 cm baking trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products.

For the first use we recommend blanching. This particular procedure consists of greasing the baking tray with cooking oil (after washing and drying it well) using a brush or kitchen paper, and then placing it in an oven preheated to maximum power for 10/15 minutes and letting it cool down. This process creates a protective patina on the surface, which helps the preservation of the pan preventing oxidation.

Being material intended for contact with food products must be cleaned after each use, avoiding putting it under running water and using a non-abrasive sponge, dried with great care, to avert the possible formation of rust spots over time, and then placed in hygienic places adequate.
