Cleaning

Case made of a single casting with no gaps, sloping sail drip pan for liquid drainage, recessed liquid catch basin in the casting or goods plate with basin included. The goods plate è made of steel while the aluminum presser are serrated and removablefor maximum hygiene and speed of cleaning. Wide spaces between blade and motor.

Safety

Total sail closure for maximum safety during cleaning operations and CE lock to prevent opening once the plate is removed. Interlocking presser parking to prevent accidental release. LED switches, aluminum blade protection ring for added safety assurance. Controls are ergonomic in an easy position to minimize operator's effort.
