Commercial blast chiller/freezer for 5 trays gn 1/1 BOOSTER series by Friulinox that allows to chill and freeze food both cooked and raw but also to defrost food at controlled temparature and humidity.

External sides, top and door in  AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel Scotch-Brite satin finish with high density polyurethane's insulation (about 42 Kg/m3) without HCFC. Inner in stainless steel with rounded corners and cavity with central drain for discharge of washing water. Ergonomic double-grip handle and full-height door, magnetic seals on the 4 sides of the door. Possibility to choose the opening side. Internally you will also find polished stainless steel wire shelf racks to support GN 1/1 shelves and core probe. The space between the floors is 6,5 cm.

The cooling system is composed of indirect blow electronic fans, efficient but gentle on food. Hermetic compressor. Manual defrosting device and condensate evaporation systems without use of electrical energy. Room sanitization system with active ions.
