This cutting boardis distinguished by its sturdiness given by the thicknessof 2 cm and by the great ease of use guaranteedby the two fasteners firmly screwed to the board by means of two stainless steel screws, which prevent it from slipping during use.
The work surface has a special non-slip finish that ensures an excellent grip even when working with wet or cylindrical-shaped products.
Once worn, the stops can be unscrewed and screwed back on in reverse to allow both cutting surfaces to be used.
According to HACCP regulations, each cutting board for use in the kitchen must have a color that relates to the type of food that canò be processed. According to these standards, the color blue must match the cut of the fish.
