Pocket pH tester specifically designed to be used during the processing of dough and bread. This pH tester has a resolution of 0.01 ph and an accuracy of ±0.05 ph with a measurement range from 0.00 to 12.00 ph.

Complete with automatic one or two point calibration with included 4.01 and 7.01 ph solutions.

Body built in PVDF, a special plastic that makes it extremely resistant to abrasion, solvents, mechanical stress, ultraviolet rays and bacterial growth. Equipped with a large LCD display that clearly shows the recorded measurement, the indicator of stability, ie an hourglass that once disappeared indicates that the measurement è definitive, low battery indicator and calibrations set.

The pH electrode is conical in shape, ideal for piercing solid or semi-solid samples, and the open junction prevents samples from clogging it.

Intuitive operation with a single button that allows the operator to access all instrument functions based on time of pressure.

Also features a built-in temperature sensor and performs measurements with temperature compensation.

The instrument has a'autonomy of about 700 hours with continuous use and è complete with the automatic switch-off function settable from 8 to 60 minutes. This function can also be deactivated.
