The Erre4m cake rings are all handcrafted in AISI 304 stainless steel and are designed both for professional use and for the most demanding home bakers. Available in various shapes (square, rectangular, circular, heart-shaped, Christmas tree-shaped, etc.) and sizes, they can be used both in the oven and in the blast chiller.
With our cake rings you can make layered or filled cakes, sponge cake discs and parfaits with the utmost precision.
The 3-point welded closures to guarantee their strength, the precise shapes and the 10/10 thickness make them incredibly resistant and reusable countless times.
Our rings are easy to clean, do not require any special care for maintenance and can easily be washed in the dishwasher.

Thanks to the holes on the entire surface, the Erre4m micro-perforated rings guarantee homogeneous baking of the dough and allow to support the edges of the cake avoiding its collapse. In fact, the micro-perforation facilitates the evaporation of water during cooking and allows the hot air from the oven to hit the product directly, guaranteeing faster and more homogeneous cooking

Rings for cakes with two bottoms

The two-bottom rings composed of 3 parts, two interlocking external bottoms and a central ring. The particularity that distinguishes them is the possibility of containing even particularly liquid dough without the risk of it escaping from the lower part of the mold. In addition, the fact that they are closed allows, during cooking, to contain the rising of the product and get a perfect shape without the need to intervene later for adjustment with knives or similar.
