We offer some professional chocolate melters from Meltinchoc that melt chocolate dry: you simply pour the chocolate inside the stainless steel tub and set the temperature. The tanks rest on heating elements placed both underneath the container and on the sides. This will ensure that the temperature of the chocolate is always even and constant without the risk of burning it. Some chocolate melters are equipped with a temperature holding function, which will keep the chocolate melted and ready to use for an extended period of time.

Chocolate melters can be analog or digital. analog models are controlled by a knob or mechanical thermostat, which allows the chocolate to be adjusted and maintained at the desired temperature. The digital models are equipped with a display from which you can choose the program according to the type of chocolate (white, milk or dark): after which your melter will take care of all the melting steps, alerting you with sound signals when it is time to stir or when the chocolate is ready.
