Plate for pastry with 26 Christmas trees and 24 comet stars, ideal for making delicious cookies during the Christmas season. Plaque size 58x39 cm.
Constructed of polystyrene, a special plastic for food use, do not absorb odors, are resistant to impact, lightweight, easy to handle and easy to clean. Perfect for shaping many cookies quickly and with great precision. Their size will allow you to lean directly on 60x40 cm trays.
Each mold on the plate has well shaped edges for easy cutting of shortcrust pastry, in addition the mold is flared to allow the freshly cut cookie to fall smoothly on the table.
How to use the plate? Simply place it on the work table or directly on top of the baking sheet with the molds facing up, roll out the shortcrust pastry and then pass with a rolling pin to cut each cookie with precision.
