Pure aluminium doughnut mould. Available diameters 16,18 and 20cm.

The aluminium allows a perfect transmission of heat, which translates into the effective regulation of the temperature during the various stages of cooking. The distribution of heat is much more uniform both on the bottom and on the walls, thus reducing the risk of overheating and localised burns in certain areas of the product. This characteristic is even more accentuated by the work done on the thicknesses of the mould, which have been specially designed to make the baking uniform.

The aluminium used in the manufacture of these moulds is 99% pure and guarantees compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Even if a spontaneous oxidation layer should form inside the mould, this forms an inert protective barrier which is completely harmless to foodstuffs.
