Digital thermometer with 1 m flexible silicone cable connecting the AISI 316 stainless steel probe to the instrument. The probe is suitable for penetration, ideal for semi-solid, liquid, air and frozen products. Recommended for food control as it is compatible with HACCP regulations.

This thermometer provides very precise measurements with an accuracy ±0.2°C in a wide measuring range from -50 to +150°C, very durable, removes any worries about condensation or breakage. Built with a watertight seal type IP65.

Equipped with an easy-to-read, parallax-free digital liquid crystal display that allows a wide viewing angle.

Equipped with the CalCheck system independently verifies the calibration at power-on to always have accurate measurements. In case of problems with the calibration it immediately notifies the user with the appearance of "Err" on the display. The 97.3 mm long probe with a diameter of 3.5 mmincorporates an NTC thermistor sensor that ensuresgreat accuracy and very fast response times.

The battery with continuous use has a duration of 2000 hours with the possibility of setting the automatic shutdown between 8 and 60 min, or, alternatively, this function canò be deactivated.
