Ideal for the coloring of works in the field of cake design or more generally in the field of pastry, these brushes are characterized by the quality of bristles, the wooden handle easy to grip and the steel part resistant and easy to clean.
The set includes a size 2 diagonal brush, perfect for coloring details in three-dimensional characters and sugarpaste toppers.
A flat brush size 0, ideal for covering small areas and details with a single brush stroke.
A round-tipped brush, size 4, used primarily for coloring large areas of fondant with powdered food coloring.
Each brush comes with a hygienic bristle protection cap. We recommend that you wash the brush thoroughly with warm water after each use and allow it to dry thoroughly before replacing the bristle protection cap.
