The use of fryers in confectionery requires machines with technical and structural characteristics different from those suitable for gastronomy. Giorik pastry fryers are suitable for this purpose thanks to the large baking surface (among the largest available on the market) and the shallow depth of the tank. Characteristics that allow to fry evenly and without overlapping of the pieces even the most delicate or large sweets such as doughnuts, krapfen and pancakes.
The tubs are made entirely of steel, with rounded corners and moulded bottom for maximum cleanability. On request, they can be supplied with lateral drip tray, applicable both on the right and on the left side of the appliance, and with anti-buoyancy retina to ensure that the food is covered in oil.
In the table-top version, Giorik's pastry fryers are available not only with gas supply (1 model), but also with mild, high-reinforcement armoured heating elements (3 models). For easier cleaning of the tank, the heating elements are equipped with a rotation device that allows them to be lifted.
The equipment can be fixed on special open supports, on open or closed cabinets with hinged doors.
