Gi.Metal Aluminium Pizza Serving Tray

Pizza serving tray with slice guides by Gi.Metal, available diameters 45 cm with 6 slices and 50 cm with 8 slices, perfect as a support base for large pizzas.

Made of aluminium, it features 6 slice guides that allow precise cutting of portions with pizza cutter wheels or knives. This type of tool is very useful for counter presentation of maxi pizzas by the slice or for table service.

Aluminium provides several advantages: first of all, it is very easy to wash and keep clean; secondly, it does not warp due to the heat of the pizza; and last but not least, it guarantees lightness and easy handling.

This pizza serving tray features a handle, which makes it easier to carry the pizza even when hot without risking burns. This part is made of heat-resistant polymer (up to 200°C), shockproof and scratchproof, with an ergonomic shape, and is equipped with a hole to allow you to hang it and save space in the workshop when not in use. The joint between handle and aluminium disc is made firm by three stainless steel rivets arranged in a triangle, a solution taken directly from pizza peels and of proven effectiveness.

All parts of the pizza serving tray are suitable for food contact.
