Girasole pizza warming plate by Zio Pepe, diameter 50 cm. The Girasole plate is ideal for keeping pizza at the right temperature once it comes out of the oven. It combines a refined and elegant design with remarkable practicality. It consists of three main parts.

The stainless steel base, very stable thanks to three steel rod feet, which withstands weight very well and is equipped with three small heat-resistant nylon wheels that allow the top plate to rotate. In the centre is the housing for the disc.

The hot disc, which must be placed in the oven and then set in the centre of the base. Its mass and the steel it is made of allow it to radiate heat effectively and evenly across the entire plate, keeping the pizza warm for up to approximately 30 minutes. This part can be combined with the tongs featuring a special mechanism designed to move it easily without the risk of burning your hands.

Finally, this beautiful pizza warming plate is completed by the upper part resting on the structure where the pizza is placed. This part is also made of stainless steel with a special polished finish and features raised guides on top that allow you to cut slices precisely with a pizza cutter wheel or knife. The many raised bands are designed for cutting slices of any size. Along the edge there are ridges to help diners rotate the plate. In fact, in addition to counter display of maxi pizzas, the plate can be placed in the centre of the table, allowing all diners to rotate it to the most convenient position for cutting pizza.
