Pizza shovels"Italia 3D" are made of anodized aluminum alloy which allows to have uniform and smooth surfaces as well as very lightweight instruments.
The head è equipped with the"3D" System that allows to reduce by 30% the friction of the dough on the blade. The system consists of 5 slightly raised bands on the plate that hold the disc of dough up and therefore reduce the friction between the product and the tool. In addition, the perforation allows the excess flour that remains under the dough to be completely discharged, resulting in a cleaner oven.
The oval handle is firmly anchored to the head by means of an insert locked by two metal rivets that guarantees great solidity to a part known to be sensitive to breakage.
The plastic endpiece è useful both for hanging the shovel once used and as asolid and ergonomic grip.
