Lilly Codroipo ember rake, overall dimensions 150x3x3(h) cm, a very useful tool for moving embers inside the oven.
\r\n\r\nMade entirely of stainless steel for maximum strength and heat resistance. Hook made from a single piece of thick steel, bent to avoid joints where dirt could accumulate.
\r\n\r\nThe hook is attached to the handle with three steel rivets in a triangular arrangement, a solution borrowed from baking peels, perfect for preventing temperature changes from loosening the fastening over time and for strengthening the joint between the two parts.
\r\n\r\nWooden handle end, in the Lilly Codroipo tradition, very long for an easier grip and a striking aesthetic effect. The handle end has a hole so you can hang the ember rake as soon as you finish using it.
\r\n\r\nIdeal for home ovens or shallow ovens.
