Lilly Codroipo ember shovel, overall dimensions 150x15x3(h) cm, a very useful tool for removing ash from the oven.
\r\n\r\nMade entirely of stainless steel for maximum strength and heat resistance. Shovel head with folded edges to avoid joints where ash could accumulate, edges secured together by three welds.
\r\n\r\nThe shovel is attached to the handle with three steel rivets in a triangular arrangement, a solution borrowed from baking peels, perfect for preventing temperature changes from loosening the fastening over time and for strengthening the joint between the two parts.
\r\n\r\nWooden handle end, in the Lilly Codroipo tradition, very long for an easier grip and a striking aesthetic effect. The handle end has a hole so you can hang the shovel as soon as you finish using it.
\r\n\r\nIdeal for home ovens or shallow ovens.
