Lilly pizza docker hook

Lilly Codroipo pizza docker hook, available lengths 78 and 135 cm. A useful tool for popping air bubbles in the dough, but also for moving baking trays inside the oven.

Rod made of 6 mm diameter stainless steel, very rigid and heat-resistant, firmly attached to the handle to avoid annoying looseness when in use. The bent part is in turn inserted inside the rod and then crimped to form a single body, so it does not come loose due to heat expansion.

The hook section is always 60 mm in diameter, practically undeformable, with a rounded tip to pierce the dough without tearing it.

The handle is made of heat-resistant polypropylene to prevent damage even if left near the oven, and is equipped with a safety guard to avoid hand injuries during use. The end of the handle has a hole for hanging the tool when not in use.
