Professional dough docker roller by Lilly Codroipo, total size 11x25 cm.
Robust 18/10 stainless steel frame firmly attached to the handle, central sliding pin locked by two Phillips screws, also made of steel.
Roller cylinder made of Teflon, a material that combines strength and smoothness, with thick aluminium spikes and rounded tips to work the dough without tearing it. This particular aluminium part gives lightness to the tool as a whole and great resistance to wear.
Ergonomic food-grade polypropylene handle with safety guard to prevent hand injuries. End with hole for easy hanging and saving space in the workshop.
Thanks to the materials used, cleaning is extremely easy.
