Made of stainless steel with reinforcing edging on half the circumference to increase its rigidity. This type of tool is very useful for counter presentation, table service or as a base for cutting pizza into slices.

Steel provides several advantages: first of all, it is very easy to wash and keep clean; secondly, it does not warp due to the heat of the pizza; and last but not least, it guarantees great longevity.

This pizza serving tray features a handle, which makes it easier to carry the pizza even when hot without risking burns. This part is made of heat-resistant polypropylene with an ergonomic shape, and is equipped with a hole to allow you to hang it and save space in the workshop when not in use. The joint between handle and steel disc is made firm by three stainless steel rivets arranged in a triangle, a solution taken directly from pizza peels and of proven effectiveness.

All parts of the pizza serving tray are suitable for food contact.
