\r\n\r\nIdeal for making a delicious homemade low panettone, these moulds are suitable for food contact, made of very rigid corrugated cardboard. They maintain the shape of the cake well and allow the dough to rise perfectly during baking. In addition, the rigidity of the paper helps to support the shape well even during slicing.
\r\n\r\nEach low panettone mould is specially designed for use in the oven and has micro-perforations on the bottom to facilitate the release of moisture.
