Microperforated oval stainless steel ring for tarts height 3,5 cm

Some useful tips for the use of these fantastic strips:

Prepare the shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, then roll it out to a thickness of 2.5 mm and put it in the freezer for at least one hour

Cover the shortbread with the ring, butter the mold and create strips to fit the edges.

Insert the shortbread inside the band, press it well against the edges and trim if necessary.

Bake at 165°C in a thermoventilated oven.
