Made of aluminium, consisting of a one-piece folded perimeter frame pressed closed, which makes the overall structure very solid, and a tight mesh that is also very resistant to weight, allowing heat to pass through easily while avoiding direct contact with the oven floor. The aluminium naturally ensures excellent heat transmission and even baking.

This tool is particularly suitable for the first few bakes of the evening, as the very hot oven could burn the pizzas and compromise perfect baking. It can also be useful for removing the pizza halfway through cooking to add toppings.
