Pans in non-stick aluminum 35x35cm, height 4.5cm (external mesure) edge of the company Vespa. Dimensioniadatte for home ovens.
The aluminum provides excellent heat transmission and lightness. This material heats up very quickly and consequently transmits heat to the product quickly and evenly. In addition, the low weight makes it very easy to handle and the construction can include the use of thicker sheet metal than other materials such as LS or steel.
The non-stick finish allows the products not to stick even if it is advisable to grease with a spoonful of oil, butter or marin, and not to overheat the empty container.
These pans are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for cookingfoodstuffs.
The edges of the pans are 90° and molded, with rounded corners and complete with top edging that gives a better ribbing to the pan.
Because they are made of aluminum, they do not need to be burned and do not fear contact with water. In fact, they can be washed in the dishwasher.
Not suitable for microwave.
These materials are intended for contact with food and must be cleaned after each use and stored in a hygienic place.
