Plumcake mold with festooned bottom, inner dimensions 30x10x4.5(h.) cm. Ideal for creating plumcakes with the characteristic "ribbed" surface and obtain a delicious cake that goes beyond the typical box shape.

Mold made of PFOA-free nonstick sheet metal, which makes it much easier to extract the product once it is baked. The bottom è flattened in the middle part to give stability to the mold during preparation. Not suitable for microwaves but can only be used in conventional ovens.
