Template for bread in non-stick aluminized sheet LS thickness 8/10. Ideal for giving the dough the unmistakable rectangular shape that we often find in the bread for sandwiches, toast etc. Available in various sizes as regards both the section of the slice that can vary from a minimum of 10x10 cm up to a maximum of 15x15 cm, both for the length that varies from 20 to 50 cm. The molds are slightly flared and not perfectly cubic to facilitate the extraction of the product once ready.

Long sides and bottom obtained from a single sheet of metal folded ad hoc, short sides closed with a sheet of metal welded to the body of the mold through11 welding points, all done manually.

Lid sliding on rails, obtained in the long side of the bowl, which ensures a firm closure and very resistant to the internal thrust of the dough. Short sides of the lid bent to form the handles with the aim of facilitating the opening and closing of the same, perforated sheet of the lid to allow moisture to escape during cooking.

The Teflon coating is an industrial process based on the spray application of Teflon DUPONT TDM200 with green pigment. This process is guaranteed for 2000 firings if properly maintained (read the rules of use and maintenance in the details section) and guarantees non-stick professional level avoiding the use of natural or chemical food release agents.

The aluminized sheet metal (LS) guarantees excellent heat transmission and great strength. It is in fact an inferro base enameled with aluminium, this union means that the mold heats up less quickly than other products made of aluminum, but that manages to absorb more heat and keep it longer.

These pans are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for cooking of food products.

USE AND MAINTENANCE:

They must not be introduced into the hot oven without the product inside, as the thermal stresses deteriorate the non-stick treatments, reducing their duration in time. During handling or stacking, do not scratch the metal surfaces and/or the coating with abrasive tools or brushes. To remove residues of bread or grease, use sponges or damp cloths, or wash with running water at max. 60° and in any case with pressures below 10 bar. You can può make use of alkaline detergents at low concentration, provided that they are indicated for the cleaning of articles intended to come into contact with food and that they do not contain aggressive substances.
