Built with a stainless steel blade and heat-resistant plastic handle, are distinguished by the flexibility of steel harmonic that makes them perfect for the typical work of the pastry, but also easy to clean.
The blade fits inside the handle and fixed by 2 rivets well filed to keep the handle pleasant to the touch.
The handle 1.5 cm thick allows a firm grip and comfortable.
