Peel with neutral anodized aluminium head and blue anodized handle.
Reduced weight compared to classic models yet extremely robust, with an oval tubular handle for enhanced stability.
The lightweight, flexible head provides a spatula effect with dedicated ribs that ensure a secure hold.
The neutral anodizing gives the surface a uniform finish and protects it from oxidation.
The smooth, even surface finish makes it easy to slide the pizza on and off.
The head-to-handle joint consists of an overlap of the two elements, secured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability; furthermore, the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle provides greater comfort in use.
