Pala with neutral anodized aluminum head and blue anodized handle.

It has a reduced weight compared to the classic models but an extreme robustness with an oval tubular handle to promote stability.

The lightweight and flexible head allows for the spatula effect with special ribbing to ensure a firm grip.

Neutral anodising gives a uniform surface and protects against oxidation.

Smooth and regular milling makes the pizza rise easier.

The handle head joint è consists of the overlapping of the two elements assured by three large rivets in line that guarantee safety and immovability; moreover the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle gives greater comfort of use.

The perforated surface gives low friction and discharges the flour preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and risking burning.
