The turning peel from the Evoluzione Line is made entirely of stainless steel, sturdy and lightweight, featuring the aviation-style colour and the perforation pattern typical of this series. The pattern was extensively studied by Gi.Metal engineers to achieve the lowest possible friction and, thanks to the oblique lines, maximum flour discharge in both directions.
The handle butt and the sliding intermediate grip are made of a special high-density polymer, highly resistant to impact and heat.
The sliding element also locks into the handle butt so that, when the turning peel is stacked head-down, it can be gripped correctly right away.
