Pizza cutter knife, total dimensions 28x8x1.5 cm, blade length 14 cm. A tool designed to make cutting pizza easier and smoother, especially pan pizza.
\r\n\r\nThick and non-deformable blade, made of tempered and resharpenable AISI 420 steel, with a distinctive crescent shape and both ends very sharp. All these features make it an excellent knife for cutting pan pizzas, allowing you to reach the edge in a single movement. Also perfect for cutting on trays, cardboard and cutting boards. Blade firmly set into the handle.
\r\n\r\nHandle in natural co-moulded PAG nylon, ergonomically shaped and designed for maximum grip ease, always with an eye on safety, ensured by thickenings near the blade to prevent injuries during use. End of the handle with a large hole to allow you to hang it after use, saving space in the workshop.
