Lapala "4 Stagioni" di Zio Pepe è costruita in lega di alluminio hygienically approved. The shapes and workmanship of the dish are designed to facilitate and speed up the baking of the pizza. In addition, the microporosity of the surface of the head allows you to use less flour for unloading/loading the unbaked pizza.
The grooved handle allows the heat to dissipate sooner thanks to the increased surface area for heat exchange with the air, thus preventing the pizza from getting too hot. In addition to this, the grooves help smoothness and increase the grip when needed.
The joint between the plate and the handle è secured by a wedge and a hooking system unique in its kind that guarantees greatresistance to stress over time. (Watch the video for more information).
