Blades made of stainless steel with wide sharpening, ideal for cutting both Neapolitan and pan pizzas with dough as thick as a few centimeters. Very practical hooking/unhooking system consisting of a pin with "T" head that locks and allows the movement of the blade moreù fine. To separate the two partsè simply open the two blades 90° and split them apart. This particular expedient makes it much easier to clean the instrument.
Polypropylene handle with non-slip workmanship and very wide eyelets for ease of use. Thanks to the grip positioned higher than the blades you will be able to keep your hands in an elevated position to be able to cut pizza in the pan even near the edges but in general you will be able to avoid getting in with the product while cutting.
