Alice Line turning peel, made entirely of stainless steel. The head has an oval shape with an increased thickness of 15/10, ensuring the right sturdiness even for moving small logs of wood inside the oven.
Tubular handle with traditional three-rivet attachment directly onto the round head. Handle butt and sliding grip in a special polymer with high resistance to impact and heat. A locking mechanism on the handle butt keeps the sliding element in place, so it is ready at the top when the turning peel is stored head-down.
