Professional breadsticks machine GR25L. Robust and reliable machine mounted on trolley and designed to occupy the smallest possible space in rest position. Available in the 400 Volt version.

Equipped with adjustable press to adjust the thickness of dough before entering the die. The cut of dough can be done by a manual electric control or programmed with a timer for the continuous production of breadsticks. The speed of the exit belt is regulable for being adapted to every type of product in order to avoid stretching or accumulation of dough. All surfaces in contact with dough are made of stainless steel, Teflon or with certified paint for food use (white BT epoxypolyester).

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GR25L AND GR25A

The dies have rollers ø73 mm instead of 40 mm to better adapt to different types of dough. The length of the exit belt has been increased up to 190 cm to make a large number of cuts before stopping the machine for unloading the product. The loading roller conveyor is 90 cm.

With the breadsticks machine is given a die chosen from those of the drop-down menu. Dies can be made of Teflon, recommended for very soft dough that can stick to the throat, or stainless steel. Dies can be easily changed by acting on two knobs.
