This kitchen thermometer è features a bright, easy-to-read LCD display that provides an accurate temperature indication in a range from -49.9°C to +299.9°C with 0.1°C resolution. Equipped with two simple buttons, one for the power and the other to activate the function "Hold" which preserves the reading of the display detected at that time. It also indicates the status of the battery and device on. To maximize energy savings the device è equipped with auto-off after 10 minutes of inactivity, the battery life è expected in 5 years (10,000 hours of work).
The instrument è housed in a rugged and ergonomic ABS case equipped withBIOMASTER, an innovative system that reduces bacterial growth by 99.9% and therefore the contamination of food that could come from bacteria such as E.Coli, Salmonella, MRSA etc.
Each digital thermometer è features a 130mm stainless steel thermocouple sensor pin probe with non-removable 100cm PU coiled cable to maximize functionality. All elegantly housed in the carrying case supplied with the instrument.
The thermometer è provided with the certificate of calibration issued by the manufacturer.
