Caramelometer with stainless steel cover and glass bulb.

It can be easily hung by means of the retractable hook at the top, or placed inside the pot without risking breakage thanks to the highly protective cage that surrounds the instrument and protects it well from shocks of a certain intensity.

The bulb is held in place by a series of metal tongues, which are part of the cage itself to prevent any displacement, and create a single body between the glass part and the outer casing. The liquid measuring expansion does not contain mercury and is red to stand out the most on the bottom of the yellow scale.

Metering scale divided into individual degrees, measuring range 80 to 200°C. Compatible with induction.
