This shovel designed by Lilly for shallow ovens and for occasional use combines two characteristics, strength and aesthetics.
The shovel è made of stainless steel with the purpose of resisting more heat even if used in a wood oven. The head è joined to the handle through a system tested by Lilly of three metal rivets positioned to form a triangle as in professional aluminium shovels. The head, right in the area of the joint, has a fairly pronounced rib to increase its rigidity and prevent it from sagging once the pizza is loaded without taking away space for it and compromising its stability
