Robust 18/10 stainless steel frame firmly grafted to the handle,central sliding pin locked by two Phillips screws, also made of steel.
Roller cylinder made of Teflon, a material that combines strength and smoothness, with thick aluminum spikes and rounded tips to work the dough without tearing it. This particular part made of aluminum gives lightness to the tool as a whole and great resistance to wear and tear.
