Functioning cupsfor sac a poche or pastry bag, available in two diameters, 4 and 8mm. Stem length of 45mm in both models.Ideal for filling with creams or jams bomboloni, croissants, krapfen etc.
Wholly made of stainless steel, they have no welded joints in the stem or conical base where dirt could lodge while ensuring great resistance to pressure and durability. The stem è firmly grafted to the base and locked by two virtually invisible welding points.
Inlet spout characterized by the edge slightly bent outward which gives great stability to the spout and a perfect fit to the sac a poche. Exit hole cut in "syringe" to facilitate penetration, a very useful trick also for cleanly piercing, creating a hole with a clean, smudge-free edge.
These pastry bag nozzles are suitable for food contact and can be washed in the dishwasher.
