The Neapolitan line palettino was designed to meet the needs of pizza makers who make pizzas according to the Neapolitan style, i.e. in traditional Neapolitan wood-fired ovens that reach 500°C and produce a high number of pizzas.

This baking shovel è made entirely of stainless steel, has increased thickness and optimized to withstand the high temperatures and special holes with circular design to allowelo discharge of excess flour, the'lightening of the blade and help the insertion of the blade under the pizza.

The head è firmly joined to the handle by means of 3 stainless steel rivets in line with the typical Gi.Metal system.

The terminal and the'sliding handle are made of high density polymer soìto resist better to shocks and heat. Also in this model we find the block of the course at the bottom of the handle to always have the blade in the correct position to start working.
