Wooden pizza serving board

Wood cutting board for serving pizza, cheese, cold cuts, polenta etc. Available diameters, 30, 35, 40 and 45 cm, thickness 2.2 cm.

Made of sturdy, thick fir wood, ideal for minimizing the natural movement of wood due to contact with hot foods such as pizza or polenta. Spruce wood è particularly suitable for absorbing cuts caused by the use of pizza cutter wheels or knives, while ensuring excellent longevity.

The handle, made from the same piece of wood as the cutting board and not glued, is distinguished by its sturdiness and shape that allows a comfortable and firm grip for both the operator and the customer during transport or use. The hole at the end of the handle can be used directly for hanging or, as is often the case, as a loop where a string can be passed through, giving a rustic touch that goes well with a wooden cutting board.

On the bottom there are two laths (on request you can also have three, for this option contact us at the email address [email protected]), which act, on the one hand, as a base'support and on the other hand as stabilizers for the cutting board itself, helping to limit the movement of the wood due to temperature changes.
