\r\n\r\nOven peel made from a single aluminium casting, lightweight thanks to the material and the perforated structure of the head. The wedge shape provides an excellent taper for sliding under baking trays, while the thickening towards the handle attachment provides considerable resistance to weight.
\r\n\r\nThe wooden board is fixed to the structure with 13 flat-head rivets, ensuring great strength and improving sliding. This part is well integrated into the aluminium frame, creating a perfectly smooth and continuous surface.
\r\n\r\nThe handle socket is circular with a diameter of 3 cm and a depth of 7 cm, designed to create a firm connection to increase the overall strength of the peel while accommodating its flexibility. In the centre of this socket you will find a pre-drilled hole for a locking screw. Alternatively, it is always possible to drill the aluminium to change the screw position. The handle socket protrudes clearly from the line of the peel, serving as an end stop and rear support for the tray, making loading and transport easier.
