Versatile and sturdy, this machine is dedicated to making fruit sauces and pulps, vegetable foams, sauce bases, fish soups, etc. It separates seeds, stones and fibres without crushing them. Its very simple operation saves time while offering "homemade" products, and its compact size makes it easy to move and position.

Top hopper for the continuous introduction of washed but unpeeled or unpitted products – the machine separates seeds, stones and fibres without crushing them. A system of blades spinning at 1,500 rpm centrifuges the product inside the sieve (1 mm as standard), which separates the centrifuged pulp from the waste. The sieve is interchangeable; the one supplied is particularly suitable for tomatoes, peppers, apple compote, fish soup and shellfish.

The ejection hopper has a dual outlet: one for the high-quality finished product, free of the typical bitter taste that results when seeds, stones, bones and fish bones are processed together with the finished product. The second outlet is for waste: skins, seeds, stones, bones, fibres, etc.

The powerful 650 Watt asynchronous motor, 230 V single-phase voltage, allows intensive processing while ensuring great durability of the machine. Maximum recommended continuous processing time: 30 minutes.
